Description

This project is one of the games developed in a collaboration called "Play Across Borders" between the Tokyo University of Technology, the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and the Hochschule Harz Wernigerode. The aim is to foster a team and friendship over country borders and develop a game prototype as a shared experience.

Premise

Feather Beyond sees the Player taking over the role of Yuki, a student with the fear of stagnation in his life. He usually mitigates that fear by chatting to his friend, who vanished. Now he is being followed by a crow and can shift into the Echoworld, a world where people's desires are being transmitted into their surroundings. With the power of Hope he needs to shield these people from their despair and help them overcome difficulties in their life. And maybe he might even grow himself...
